Especially Jewelry offers hand-selected diamonds, gemstones, and finished jewelry from among the finest manufacturers in the industry. In the rare event of a defect, we will have the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase, in new/saleable condition. We will gladly exchange items if the recipient of the (a) gift selects something else they prefer.

We offer a 100% trade-in (trade-up) allowance on (any) diamond purchased at Especially Jewelry. Any loose diamond, solitaire ring, solitaire pendant, or stud earrings qualify for the trade-up, wherein the difference will be charged, plus appropriate sales tax, between your original purchase price and the new item. (No minimum difference is required!) Call or come in for other details.

All of our karat-gold jewelry (bracelets, chains, earrings) has a lifetime warranty. Our manufacturers extend this to us, and we offer it to you. The guarantee covers all problems – not just incidental defects. In the event that a piece is worn out, or damaged beyond repair, a new piece (same style or similar) will be provided at the maximum cost of shipping to the factory ($10). Many times, an exchange at no cost whatsoever can be made at the store. (We have heard that some stores “charge” for this guarantee – it is included with every piece purchased at Especially Jewelry at no extra charge!)

Come in any time for a free jewelry cleaning and inspection, as well as free estimation of any repair work. All repairs are performed on premises, in our own shop. Rush services are available. We also replace watch batteries, in most cases while you wait.
