Del and Julie Cook, Owners
Del Cook, Graduate Gemologist, (GIA), is a 27 year veteran of the fine jewelry business.
Del began his career as a teenager at Zales Jewelers. He spent 14 years in sales and management at the JCPenney Co., and later ventured into diamond and stone setting, and jewelry repair. In 1995, Del and Julie humbly started their business as an appointment only jewelry service. They opened the retail store, Especially Jewelry, in 1998.
Julie Cook, Accredited Jewelry Professional (GIA), has 10 years experience. They are available daily to assist you in any needs you have.

Craig Zellers, Gemologist (GIA)
Craig has been involved in gemology and professional sales and management for over 30 years. Craig possesses a wealth of knowledge in diamonds, colored gems, and consultation.

Brenda Cline, Accredited Jewelry Professional (GIA) / Design Consultant
Brenda is also a veteran of the fine jewelry business, having 30 years of rewarding experience serving the Independence area with excellence. She is the former owner of Diessl Jewelers, and a past recipient of the Small Business Person of the year (1995). Brenda joined the staff of Especially Jewelry in 2005 and welcomes her many friends and former customers of Diessl Jewelers.

John Romero, Bench Jeweler.
John is a multi-talented craftsman, having mastered many traditional and modern-day methods of jewelry work at a young age. He takes great pride in all the repairs, remounts, and custom fabricating that are performed in our in-store shop.
